BEACH WOD & YOGA - August 30th
The LAB Beach Party/WOD is this weekend AND the gym will be CLOSED SUNDAY! Are you ready for some fun in the sun?! Bring a friend, towels, sunscreen, umbrella if needed, chairs, refreshments & a change of clothes if you'd like to change before lunch. Sadly NO DOGS ALLOWED :-( The deets:
Where/When - Manhattan Beach August 30th - WOD @ 10am sharp then Yoga @ 11am
Parking - Lot 10 and Lot 11 would be most convenient for everyone and since we'll be getting there pretty early, it shouldn't be too crowded.
