MEMBERSHIP HOLDS AND CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your Membership Agreement, you must send an email to yumi@reeboklab.com , which informs Reebok LAB that you have decided to cancel the contract 30 days in advance of the next billing date. Payment of all unpaid dues and other charges owed to Reebok LAB as well as one additional month will be charged on your next billing cycle after receipt of the written Cancellation notice. No VERBAL, FACEBOOK or other SOCIAL MEDIA requests will be accepted.
Should you cancel and choose to restart your membership at any time, Reebok LAB will charge a $150 reinstatement fee in addition to the first month and any prorated, monthly dues.
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the midnight of the fifth business day of Reebok LAB after the date of this Agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this Agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent to Reebok LAB, 8466 Melrose Ave., West Hollywood, CA 90069.
Members are allowed to place their memberships on hold for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum period of 3 months, one time per year. Holds can be requested by emailing yumi@reeboklab.com and must be received by Reebok LAB, 5 business days prior to the members next billing cycle. NO VERBAL, TEXT OR FACEBOOK requests are allowed. Should the member elect to cancel his/her membership during the hold period, the member would still be subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
