Jessica Lee

Jessica from a young age had a huge passion for fitness thanks to her aunt herself, Yumi Lee. She grew up playing soccer and tennis, and has found her talent through long distance running, as she competed at the collegiate level in 2016. She found her passion in personal training when she experienced many injuries during her running career. 

Through countless amounts of physical therapy sessions Jessica was introduced to weight lifting for corrective exercise and injury prevention. Previously she had a fear of lifting weights and the concept of going to the gym, however as she overcame that fear her love and passion for weight lifting, mobility, and other concepts revolving around injury prevention sky rocketed.

After she graduated Jessica decided to finally pursue her passion by getting her CPT certification and launching her own online coaching business. She has helped over 100 women over the last 2.5 years to help them reach their fitness goals and to get the body they want. While working with clients online she has also worked with in-person clients for a year in San Diego, and that experience has made her realize that she was meant to work with people face-to-face. 

She has joined Reebok Lab, as she hopes to be another source of knowledge that contributes to the community while providing the best energy and support for each member that joins
